Join us for a vibrant and culturally rich ArtAbilities African Dance Experience, a movement-based class inspired by the powerful traditions of African dance. This session serves as a meaningful complement to our January ActiveArt experience with Les Ballets Africains, continuing our exploration of rhythm, culture, and creative expression.

Participants will engage in guided movement and music in a fun, inclusive, and supportive environment designed for all abilities.

Please Note: Participants are welcome to bring a bagged lunch and remain at the studio following this class.
